Come join us for Ice Cream and Connection while we learn about mental health from Compass Health through a training called, Erica’s Lighthouse, it takes 45 Minutes. The target Audience for the training is Middle School, but we are welcoming 5th through 12th grade for the Ice Cream Social!
We will learn more about mental health & ways to keep your mind healthy, the difference between everyday feelings, and overwhelming feelings.
